Day 16 - Strong Legs and Abdomen

My legs are getting so strong. When I first started this challenge my legs were so weak and mushy. They are getting so firm and toned.

My abdominal area is getting so strong too. Yay!

My left knee is still giving me a trouble during the class, but I just do the best I can without pushing it.

Louie came with me today. We finished class with fresh coconut juice. Yummy.
