I went to the AM class today.
Now that I have not been pushing myself so hard I am feeling a lot better physically.
My knees are feeling better and so is my left inner thigh.
I think my body is now adjusting to the daily yoga schedule.
I find that that I am feeling stronger physically, but emotionally as well. I am much more in control of my emotions. Before starting the yoga I had a tendency to overreact emotionally to certain situations. But lately I find that I am much more in control.
