I'm feeling much better today.
I think my struggle was that I was just pushing myself in the postures too hard. I was trying to be a yoga superstar. But, hey, I've just been doing this yoga for two weeks! I can't expect to turn myself into a pretzel overnight. Geez.
So I've been taking it easier in class and it feels much better. My knees are a lot happier. I need to be easy on them.
